In summer 2018 musicians, singers and artists from different regions of Ukraine, Germany, Belarus, Latvia, and Poland will come to the Luhansk region in Eastern Ukraine to form a creative team together with local colleagues and friends.

Close to the war region, the international project is intended as a sign of hope for peace and more understanding in the world. The multinational team will stage a new opera production in Severodonetsk: Mozart's famous "Don Giovanni".
The premiere will be conducted by the German conductor Robin Engelen, the stage director is Thorsten Coelle.

More than 100 people will be involved in the process.
Within seven weeks of rehearsals from mid-July until the end of August 2018, guests and locals will form a close community. They will feel the power of being part of an international, cross-cultural and multilingual project intended to break down mental and other barriers in our lives.

The project will be integrated as much as possible into the local community
and involve as many people as possible to forge new relationships, to share life experiences and to discuss different life views. We will organize several events to bring locals and guests together. All these artistic and social endeavors serve to fulfill our promise: that Music Overcomes Walls.

On August 28th — September 2nd, 2018, Severodonetsk will experience the splendid premiere of "Don Giovanni" and host even more guests from abroad and Ukraine for a four-days festival. We cooperate with several local organizations to offer an inspired program to our guests so that they can explore the Luhansk region and meet its wonderful people.
